When you are logged into your Control Panel, click Extension Configuration. Select the extension number you wish to configure and Click CHANGE PASSWORD. Enter the new password and click Submit.

Please note - We do not allow password changes to be made from a handset for security reasons. Someone could inadvertently or purposely change your password without your knowledge and disconnect you from our network.
