When you are logged into your Control Panel, click Extension Configuration. Select the extension number you wish to configure and click CHANGE CLID. Enter the new CLID name and click Submit.

Please note - We do not allow changes to your CLID name from a handset for security reasons. Someone could inadvertently or purposely change your identity to somebody else or use a flammatory name likely to cause offence.
